Repeat Prescriptions
How to order:
If repeat medication has been authorised by a doctor, you can order this each month. This is either via our prescription telephone line, online or putting your request in our prescription box in the practice.
Alternatively, you may post your computer request slip with a stamped addressed envelope and it will be returned.
Prescription Line: 01226 720200 between 10am & 2pm. Due to staffing issues from 12.4.23 the prescription line may close at 12 noon or 1pm on some days. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Please give us 48 hours' notice to get your prescription ready for collection.
Please do not request routine repeat prescriptions during appointments with the doctor, as this keeps other patients waiting longer.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
